The living-dining room has a modern television set with SAT-TV. From there you enter the fully equipped and well-kept fitted kitchen, which offers access to the balcony.
The two bedrooms offer place for a family with 2-3 children or for guests.
The apartment has 2 exclusive marble bathrooms. One with toilet, washbasin and washing machine and the second bathroom offers a spacious bathtub in addition to toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms are equipped with a window.
There are 2 big covered loggias.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert inklusive Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, TV mit Sat-Analge, WLAN und Klimaanlage. Sie können direkt einziehen oder vermieten. Kann alternativ aber auch unmöbiliert übernommen werden.
