Auf einer der drei vorgelagerten Inseln von Conkary, in Room, befindet sich das in naturbelassener Umgebung eingebettete Haus.
Auf dem ca. 750 qm grossen Grundstück sind dem Hausbau keine Palmen zum Opfer gefallen und spenden jetzt guten Schatten und Wind. Was sich auch sehr harmonisch in das Gesamtbild fügt.
Auf dem Gelände befindet sich das Haupthaus mit einem Esszimmer- Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmern (eins mit Bad und Toilette) im Erdgeschoss, 
im Obergeschoss eine grosse Veranda und ein sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC.
Eine offene und luftige Aussenküche steht inmitten des Grundstückes.
Es gibt noch ein Nebengebäude mit 2 Räumen, ein Häuschen mit Bad, Dusche und WC und einen kleinen Pavillon.
 
Sur l'une des trois îles au large de Conkary, dans Room, la maison est plongée dans un environnement naturel. Sur les quelque 750 mètres carrés de maisons en rangée, aucun palmier n’a été victime et fait maintenant don de bonnes conditions d’ombre et de vent. Ce qui s’intègre aussi harmonieusement dans l’ensemble. Sur le terrain se trouve la maison principale avec une salle à manger-salon et 2 chambres (une avec salle de bains et toilettes) au rez-de-chaussée, a l'étage une grande véranda et une chambre très spacieuse avec salle de bain et toilettes. Une cuisine extérieure ouverte et aérée est située au milieu de la propriété. Il y a aussi une dépendance avec 2 chambres, un cottage avec salle de bains, douche et toilettes et un petit belvédère. La propriété est située directement sur la mer, à côté de la plage de sable et est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent la paix. L'île elle-même est très petite (circumnavigation à pied environ 1 heure et demie), elle vit environ 1000 personnes ici.

The property is located directly by the sea, it is off the sandy beach and is perfect for those seeking peace. The island itself is very small (circumnavigation on foot about 1, 5 hours), there live about 1000 people here.
 

Das Anwesen befindet sich direkt am Meer, es liegt abseits des Sandstrandes und ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende.
Die Insel selbst ist sehr klein (Umrundung zu Fuss etwa 1, 5 Stunden), es leben etwa 1000 Menschen hier.
