Bulgarien: Petrol Station in the Village of Topola

Building:The building itself takes 320 sq. m. There you can find 20  parking lots for cars and light trucks (with an option for international transport lorry parking).
The building is a solid one and coated with imported façade bricks. The greater part of the premises are taken by shops and bistro. The bistro is fully equipped with refrigerated and heated cabinets, having around 49 seats, and 20 more seats in the garden. As the bistro is operation, there are goods on the shelves. In the building there are 3 more rooms for workers/guests and toilet for them, furnished manager’s office. There is a car-wash behind the petrol station with the following size: 6 x 12 for two cars, and there are separate premises for equipment and cash desk. The restrooms for clients have a separate entrance (20 sq. m.) and there are separate ladies’s and men’s restrooms.
 

The petrol station is situated on the European route E87, which connects Bulgaria and Romania, and Kavarna and Balchik.

Technical Equipment:
The petrol station is equipped with 2  underground tanks. One of them is for autogas (10m3), and one combined (Diesel, A95, A98) with a volume 60m3. The fuel dispensers are imported from Germany (Salkotten). The station is equipped with a 4-camera video surveillance (3 external cameras, 1 internal).
