Climate: The island of Cebu is located in the province of Visayas. There is a different climate than on the mainland or in the provinces of Luzon or Mindanao. There is no pure rainy season here. Preise und Lebensunterhalt: Nachdem der Euro auf den Philippinen über 45 % mehr wert ist als in Deutschland, lässt es sich für Europäer traumhaft billig leben. Es ist vergleichbar mit Spanien vor 30 Jahren. Verstärkt wird diese Tatsache noch durch die niedrigen Preise (1 Liter Benzin 0,50 €) und Löhne (Haushälterin 60 €).
